Can you work with my Las Colinas or Valley Ranch HOA?
Yes. Exterior changes in Irving’s planned communities usually need association approval as well as a city permit. We prepare the drawings, material selections and elevations for the association’s review, then move on to the City of Irving permit once the design is settled.
Is tearing down and rebuilding an option in Irving?
Sometimes. When an older house needs its foundation, roof and systems redone at the same time, building new on the same lot can make more sense than saving it. We compare a full remodel with a rebuild for your property, looking at setbacks, utilities and any association rules, before design begins.
Is there a DYM project in Irving I can look at?
