Tustin calls itself the City of Trees, and the nickname says a lot about what building here involves. Lots in and around Old Town carry mature trees and older homes with real character, while Tustin Ranch and the neighborhoods near it were planned as a whole, with HOA standards to match. In both cases, the plan decides most of the outcome, so that is where we put our effort first.

Do you design and build custom homes in Tustin?

What if my Tustin lot has large, established trees?
Tell us early. In a city that takes pride in its trees, a mature tree can shape where an addition or a new home can go, and it may need protection while work is underway. We note trees during the first site visit, design around the ones you want to keep and check what the city requires before plans are submitted.
Do you work in Tustin Ranch and other HOA neighborhoods?
Yes. Many Tustin Ranch homes are governed by HOA architectural rules, so exterior changes such as additions, new windows or a reworked front elevation usually need sign-off from the HOA as well as a city permit. We put together the elevations, material samples and color details the association reviews, and keep the HOA approval and the city permit moving together.
Will a smaller remodel get real attention from your team?
Yes. Our construction side is a boutique by choice: we build no more than six to eight projects at a time, even though our planning department can carry ten to twelve. Keeping the number of active job sites small is what lets a Tustin kitchen get the same supervision as a new house.
