Design comes from our sister firm, Arch by DYM, and our own in-house crews do the building, so design and construction stay under one roof and you are not handed off to subcontractors you have never met. How do you handle HOA review in Nellie Gail Ranch?
We treat the HOA as part of the design. Nellie Gail Ranch and other Laguna Hills communities have architectural guidelines, so we prepare the renderings, material boards and site plans the committee asks for, adjust the design if they request changes, and then submit to the city. We cannot promise an approval, but we make sure the submittal is complete and clear.
